This is my second time buying a home and working with Randy and his team was the fourth lender/broker I engaged with with buying my second home. From start to finish and even after terminated contracts, Randy and his team were quick and thorough. I never had to resubmit documents due to shortcomings or laps on their end and I shout their name to anyone that I know in need of a lender or mortgage broker.
